Delete Your Vyan-X Account

Vyan-X provides users with the ability to permanently delete their account directly from the Vyan-X mobile application. Users who cannot access the application can also submit an account deletion request by email.

Delete Your Account From the Vyan-X App

You can permanently delete your Vyan-X account directly from your profile settings.

Open the Vyan-X application.

Go to Profile.

Open Account Settings.

Select Delete Account.

Review the deletion information and confirm your request.

Confirm Permanently Delete Account.
Important: Account deletion is permanent.

Once your account deletion is confirmed, the account cannot be recovered.

What Happens When You Delete Your Account?

When you permanently delete your Vyan-X account, account-associated information and data will be deleted or removed where applicable.

  • Your Vyan-X account will be permanently deleted.
  • Account-associated profile information will be deleted or removed.
  • Account-associated sports performance data will be deleted or removed where applicable.
  • Access to the deleted account will no longer be available.

Unable to Access the Vyan-X App?

If you cannot access your Vyan-X account or cannot use the in-app account deletion option, you can request account deletion by contacting us.

Data Retention

Some information may be retained where required by applicable law, regulatory requirements, security purposes, or legitimate business requirements.
